Old Furniture Restoration in Indore
That 20-year-old almirah, the grandmother's chair, the dining table with a cloudy polish — we restore them to look like new. Often far cheaper than buying a replacement. 10% off your first restoration.
What Restoration Includes
A full restoration, not just a coat of polish
Many people think restoration is just re-polishing. A proper restoration is a multi-step process — we fix the structure first, then the surface.
Deep Cleaning
Years of wax, grime, and old polish is stripped back. We use the right solvents for each wood type so the surface is clean without damaging the grain.
Structural Repair
Loose joints are re-glued and clamped. Broken sections are repaired or replaced with matching wood. The piece must be structurally sound before we finish it.
Surface Preparation
Sanding through progressively finer grits opens the grain and removes all the old finish. This is what allows the new polish to penetrate properly and last.
Polish Application
PU polish, NC polish, or traditional wax finish — we choose the right finish for the piece and apply it in multiple coats with sanding between each layer.
Hardware Replacement
Old hinges, handles, and locks that are corroded or broken are replaced with matching hardware. The finish detail matters as much as the wood itself.
Final Inspection
We check every joint, every surface, and every fitting before delivering the piece. If anything is not right, we fix it before it leaves the workshop.
What's Possible
Old pieces that look antique-showpiece quality
The transformation is often dramatic. A wooden almirah that has been in the family for 20 years — faded polish, stiff drawers, corroded handles — can come back looking like a beautiful antique piece after restoration. The quality of old solid teak and sheesham furniture from that era is actually better than most new furniture, so restoration is genuinely the smarter choice.
Wooden Chairs

Complete restoration — joints, drawers, handles, full re-polish. A large almirah takes 3 to 5 days. Contact us for a quick estimate.
Sofas & Wooden Frames
Frame repair, joint re-gluing, and finish restoration. Upholstery can be replaced as part of the same project if needed.
Dining Tables
Surface sanding, stain removal, and re-polishing restores a dining table completely. Old cloudy or scratched polish is stripped back and replaced with a fresh finish.

Restoration — common questions
Is restoration cheaper than buying new furniture?
In most cases, yes — especially for solid teak or sheesham pieces. Restoration is significantly cheaper than buying new solid wood furniture of the same quality. WhatsApp us a photo and we will give you an honest comparison.
Can all wood types be restored?
Most solid wood furniture — teak, sheesham, sal, mango wood — can be fully restored. MDF and particle board furniture cannot be restored the same way, though surface scratches and minor damage can be repaired.
How long does restoration take?
A single chair takes 1 to 2 days. A full almirah takes 3 to 5 days. Multiple pieces for the same project are done together to save time. We give you a specific timeline when we see the piece.
